Domaine Fontenille

The story

"A bastide, cedar trees, and the idea that a Luberon wine can speak softly and last a long time."

Since 1638, Domaine Fontenille has embodied the quiet elegance of the Luberon. Around an 18th-century bastide, forty hectares of organically farmed vines flourish on clay-limestone soils swept by the mistral.

The cuvées, marked by great finesse and remarkable freshness, express the full personality of this Provençal terroir with precision. It is the first estate Maison du Papet exports to the Netherlands and Belgium — more châteaux and estates from Provence will join the catalogue soon.
